Then I am one of a great many "patriots" alive today. If it were not for the corruption, cronyism and collusion that exists in the courtroom in Warren County Kentucky, under the direction and diversion of the "Honorable" Judge Catherine Rice-Holderfield, abuser Attorney, Casey Hixson or the numerous corrrupt "cabinet" members I would not be here today. But not only am I HERE...I will always be HERE..for I am NEVER GOING AWAY!

As Warren County Kentucky has reinforced my fervor for exposing those who intend to do harm to citizens and specifically for punishing a Mother who only tried to protect her son. Christian Coffey ran from his father's abusive home with permanent damage to his kidneys. He has been held in the Kentucky foster care system (with whom Rice-Holderfield is deeply involved with) and has done nothing short of beg to be able to be with his non-abusing Mother, Kimberly Harris.

But for Christian it was not in the cards for him to be protected, as with countless of children in the foster care system, Christian would not only be forced to stay in foster care but threatened by cabinet members that they would make his life a living hell, they kept that promise. He asked his Mother, Kimberly, to help him, not give up on him, fight for him everyday. She kept her promise, she is now jailed due to blogger activists as myself who exposed the dirty little secret of Rice-Holderfield et al.

Jailed a United States citizen for allegedly speaking out against the injustices that her and her son have faced. They have accused Kimberly of putting "stuff" up on facebook and the internet. That's it. A basic freedom of every United States citizen, Freedom of Speech, has been violated. Recently the Supreme Court ruled that members of Westboro Baptist Church have the right to protest at a fallen soldiers' funerals. But don't you dare accuse a cottage government industry of corrupt officials of being just that...in other words..don't call a spade a spade.

The only problem is that Kimberly didn't put "stuff" up on the internet....WE DID. By we, I mean the bunch of "patriot" blogger activists. The internet is not new but you would think that the government who is allowed to spy on us plebs by way of "The Patriot Act" would realize that the internet is written in INK...not pencil. The WWW has allowed activists in every arena to involve social networking, blogging etc. to help their cause. This could not be truer in the cases of thousands of Mothers who lose custody to abusive men. Or the countless numbers of GOOD parents who lose custody to child protection services.

Rice-Holderfield sent out her goons today to many persons homes, including Miss Kentucky International Elaine Bateman. What has become of the justice system that they are hellbent on jailing a mother for others taking the stance on this injustice?!

Just when you think you have left an abusive relationship enter the family court judge. In Kentucky there is one such judge (court whore) that loves to hand out punishment to all but especially mothers and children.
As I researched the Honorable Judge Catherine Rice-Holderfield it gave me more insight to how this court whore ticks and how she got into the position she was appointed not voted into.

Rice-Holderfield states, My parents divorced when I was a teenager. Being a child of divorce gives me a special perspective on how deeply this family tragedy affects children. I also could see how my parents struggled with custody, division of their property and debts, and with providing financial support. When my children were very young, their father and I divorced, very amicably, and I faced balancing management of my sole law practice with being a single parent, while always making sure my children were the focus of my attention. These are priorities I also keep now, and which I stress to persons in family court

First of all, just because your parents divorced and you divorced amicably does NOT mean you have all knowing experience in family court. Her special perspective is askew to the point that hypocrisy doesn't even apply to her method of madness. Especially now when Kimberly Harris is facing judicial retaliation on October 19th for absolutely nothing. In what can only be described as judicial abuse and retaliation Rice-Holderfield has threatened jail for Kimberly Harris and her supporters for speaking about her judicial abuse online.

So to make this all clear, Rice-Holderfield is upset because American citizens have exposed her dirty little secrets? With the information I have gleaned from the www there is much more to expose about this Kentucky court whore.

First thing I did was check with the Constitution and it still says:

Amendment 1 - Freedom of Religion, Press, Expression. Ratified 12/16/1791

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

They pose the question to Rice-Holderfield,

What issues, if any, are important to improve family court?

I believe I’m serving the community very well in family court. I treat every participant equally, fairly, with dignity and respect. I’m always striving toward greater efficiency in managing my large caseload, and to save money and time for the people in my court. I put the focus on the children whose entire lives will be affected by the decisions we make and the agreements we reach in family court. I try to put myself in the shoes of every person that comes into my courtroom, while applying the law to the facts presented to me.

Thankfully after I read this quote I didnt spew too hard onto my keyboard. After we heard about Kimberly Harris and her son we knew that this was insanity, we just didn't anticipate the extent of it. Rice-Holderfield by her own admission is a product of divorce, she has been through divorce, she is a mother...but yet she is hellbent on jailing a mother who did nothing more than any mother would do to protect their child from abuse, it is blatantly apparent Rice-Holderfield doesn't grasp that concept.

Sadly it doesn't end there...next I checked to see what else Rice-Holderfield has her grubby little hands into. According to another source she organized a seminar dubbed “Co-parenting: No Child in the Middle” after she states that she presided over several cases that could have been resolved out of court if parents effectively communicated. Really, effectively communicating with an abuser? How is that actually done?! But what really effectively sums up Rice-Holderfields reasoning is that she is lazy and cannot and should not be bothered with menial things that parents that go through custody disputes, especially those that were in abusive relationships. Rice-Holderfield even states as much when she says that:

“I’ve had to decide what orthodontist the children will have,” she said. “I’m thinking, ‘This is not something I should be deciding.’ ”

Well, geez...if you really think about it don't you think that those that cannot decide those things are the ones that really need the judges help? No, she is more concerned with what is being said about her on the internet. Guess she thought that citizens would allow her to do whatever she wants from the bench....guess again.

This is the tip of that proverbial iceberg...because not only does her vanity of google searching for herself ON the job with taxpayers money paying her wage...

THE TIES THAT BIND

Why would a family court judge place a child in the foster care system when he has a Mother more than willing to take care of her son?
I will tell you, since Judge Catherine Rice-Holderfield has taken office her motives may seem to be quite biased for more reasons than anyone could have previously known.

While researching Judge Catherine Rice-Holderfied it was no surprise that to see that Judge Rice-Holderfield is involved deeply with The Citizen Foster Care Review Board. The plot thickens and so does the blood money.

Who or what is The Citizen Foster Care Review Board? It appears that in order to become a volunteer must complete a six-hour initial training session. Wow! A whole SIX HOURS?! They claim they advocate for the dependent, neglected and abused children in their community. They also state that Citizen Foster Care Review Board volunteers come from a variety of professional backgrounds, but they all have a common a deep compassion for children. This doesn't sound like a group that Rice-Holderfield could be a part of if this is truly their mission. The CFCRB does also give the following information about how new volunteers are trained in the following for their special little group:

Department of Community Based Services procedures
Forms used in abuse, neglect and dependency cases
The court process
Mental health issues of children in out-of-home care
How to conduct a file review

Once the training is completed, a recommendation is made to the chief judge of the local District Court or Family Court for appointment. Judges appoint volunteers for three-year terms. All volunteers receive a comprehensive handbook on the program and opportunities to earn the required six hours of annual continuing education.

While researching Rice-Holderfield it is no surprise to find the contradictory values that a family court judge really holds near and dear to their heart and apparently Rice-Holderfield is no different than all the rest.

In fact Rice-Holderfield it appears that she may also be in the lucrative business of putting children into the foster care system for cash. In one of the most shocking cases of courtroom graft on record, two Pennsylvania judges have been charged with taking millions of dollars in kickbacks to send teenagers to two privately run youth detention centers. “I’ve never encountered, and I don’t think that we will in our lifetimes, a case where literally thousands of kids’ lives were just tossed aside in order for a couple of judges to make some money,” said Marsha Levick, an attorney with the Philadelphia-based Juvenile Law Center, which is representing hundreds of youths sentenced in Wilkes-Barre. Prosecutors say the two Luzerne County Judges Mark Ciavarella and Michael Conahan took $2.6 million in payoffs.

When Rice-Holderfield was sworn in as Warren County Family Court judge, Catherine Rice Holderfield said she was "fully committed" to the newly created position. Holderfield also vowed to "make all efforts to resolve people's conflicts in the best interests of families and children ... to treat all people equally, to make people know that, no matter the outcome, they were treated fairly and to provide children the best environment possible for them to succeed in life."

If this were ALL true Judge Rice-Holderfield then why would you place an abused child in the care of the foster system instead of his loving mother, where he has said that he want to be? Why would you threaten this mother and her supporters with jail if they said anything more bad about you? Truth hurt?

You got it right stating that you would provide the best environment possible for them to succeed in life because this child is speaking up! His 14 yr old girlfriend is speaking up! These children have been given a crash course in the cottage industry of family court. When they grow up, and they will, do you think they will forget about the heartache you caused? Do you think that their supporters and themselves will vote for you? What do you think that the continued pain that this child is dealing with, first beaten and abused by his father and then beaten and bruised by your court? Its already happening, these young adults are standing up for what is right and just and focusing on your illicit ways of threatening his mother with jail.

You have threatened to jail the mother for speaking up as any mother and American citizen has the right to do. We have heard this mothers heart breaking from this pain you have caused this family. It will be the mission of this blog and MANY others to expose any and all corruption that may exist in your courtroom and beyond. American people have the right to speak out against elected officials and their government.

It is part of our first amendment right....FREEDOM OF SPEECH! It is also our duty as citizens to report any impropriety or the look of impropriety and we will have the ACLU standing by on this waiting to see if you really want to open that can of worms. Because we have already opened that can of whoop ass and we are OUTRAGED and we are not going ANYWHERE!

Judge Catherine Rice Holderfield entered Case No. ...10-D-00184-001 Warren Circuit Court: CIR DIV IV FC TWO County: WARREN KY
On the EPO the Judge specifically ordered the cabinet of Child Protection and Permanency to do a complete investigation for delivery during the EPO hearing and all firearms to be confiscated upon service of this Emergency Protective Order.
EPO hearing set for June 7th, 1:00p.m. 2010 On this date the Judge reissued EPO (due to respondent not prepared with witness to move forward)and consolidated with case 00-D-00060-004.(Which I assume is the old divorce case of almost a decade ago)
On June 21st during the EPO hearing Judge Catherine Rice Holderfield interviewed in her chambers (Child Victim)(see attached letter to the Judge from child victim) Approximately 45min. later the Judge continued the hearing . Steve Coffey's attorney Casey Hixson called a Cabinet Worker Rachel Logan to the stand to testify as an Expert Witness. This Social Worker representing the Cabinet for Families and their Children testified she had already closed the investigation without (1)viewing pictures of the Child's injury's she also testified she did not (2)contact Police who responded to a 911 call. She testified she went to Greenwood High School where she claimed to have interviewed the Child however, child victim has never attended the High School. He was in Middle School (Drakes Creek Middle) She testified, child victim had been sexting, as if it were fact yet she did not disclose where she had gotten this information. Child victim did not have a cell phone how is this possible? She also testified as if fact that child victim received a nude photo of a girl on his cell phone, again child victim does not have a phone! She went on to talk about "some plan he and his mom had come up with" yet she did not investigate or ask questions from myself or child victim to report what this plan may have been. Yet she supported there was a plan and the father whom," was the only person she interviewed during this open investigation", testified the plan was " for child victim to get his 14 year old girlfriend pregnant to get out of his Dad's home" When all actuality the plan was a safety plan, which I and school counselor Tracey Downing also did with child victim the numerous times he came to her office to report violence and fears concerning his father. This is a common plan to incorporate what to do when you are in a violent situation or you fear violence. This is what I would have expected any Cabinet Worker to focus on while interviewing a child who is sharing fears and abuse, and threats of abuse especially with the history of Domestic Violence during the entire Divorce and Custody case years previous. Apparently this Rachel Logan did not investigate to see if there was such a history.(The Judge was very aware of the DV history) Rachel Logan further testified there was another open investigation in Oct. 2009 however, though she was not the Social Worker assigned to this case. She went on to testify the worker said ," child victim said, my Dad hit me in the face but, it did not hurt" Yet the report written by the School Counselor stated child victim was repeatedly slapped in the face and his cheek was swollen and bruised! Though Rachel Logan was permitted to speak freely in open court concerning her opinion and hear-say from another worker the Judge disregarded objections from opposing attorney yet when the Certified documents of the School's reports were asked to be brought into evidence the Judge would not allow them! Rachel Logan finally testified , "There were only two reports and only two open investigations regarding child victim." This was an absolute LIE and the Judge did not require any proof of the Cabinet.

The Cabinet did not provide the Court any written investigation of their findings. The testimony of Rachel Logan with her bias and opinion without sufficiently conducting an investigation by only meeting and talking with the abusive father and his layer was considered by this Judge as fact and did not protect or attempt to protect this Child. Rachel Logan because she did not do what the Judge ordered and because the Judge did not hold her accountable to do a REAL investigation clearly is an outrage and injustice for what was expected to be a hearing for an Emergency Protective Order to provide evidence to validate if abuse/violence were truly committed and if so how to further protect the person at risk of further danger? Rachel Logan and the Judge , the Abusive father along with his Lawyer who is a life-long-family friend of the Judge and their family's were more concerned about trying to focus on the nature of what could this child have been doing to get into trouble instead of the beatings from his angry out of control father! The Judge did GRANT The ORDER OF PROTECTION-(with a copy attached)

You will find the order states the above-named Respondent Steven Coffey be restrained from committing further acts of abuse of threats of abuse.

ADDITIONAL FINDINGS: For the Petitioner against the above named Respondent in that it was established, by a preponderance of the evidence, that an act(s) of domestic violence or ABUSE has occurred and may again occur!

With this established: Judge Catherine Rice Holderfield orders this DVO to expire in 30days! She attached a Treatment Referral Order for the Cabinet to open and investigate and /preventative plan for when DVO expires (1) The Cabinet did not do an investigation when she ordered it for the EPO YET she is entrusting the safety and life into their hands after evidence of abuse that the cabinet was in denial about happening already? What is her motive? Is she being influenced by her long-time family friend Casey Hixson( attorney for the abuser)

"Hand written on her orders : Father and son to get counseling (unspecified)" Then the Father is scratched out. It has just been adjudged and substantiated the father has committed abuse to child and she writes "Father and son to get counseling! " Is she going to do her job and rely on the voice of the child crying out about how frightened he is of this father and how horrible the abuse and threat of abuse is? Why did she not specify how the courts would make the abuser accountable to keep from further abuse?
